Of coz...i'll wont forget about the chocolate peppermint cake.. this is the most traditional 1.... my favorite as well....

Chocolate Mousse Cake 巧克力慕斯蛋糕



The chocolate mousse cake has a rich flavor of chocolate ....  the bottom layer is devil's chocolate cake and then layered with the rich choc mousse.... top with chocolate mirror coating .... slightly decorations make it look nice and the color combinations..

这款巧克力慕斯蛋糕的做法,说到做法还真是离不开巧克力。。。除了巧克力之外,还是巧克力。。。 底层用了恶魔巧克力蛋糕来垫底,什么是恶魔巧克力蛋糕呢?说来话长,我就轻描淡写的说吧,就是。。。很浓厚的巧克力味的巧克力蛋糕。。 >.< (明白吗?)

巧克力慕斯加入了苦甜巧克力和香滑的鲜奶油调制而成,肯定让你回味无穷~~

Strawberry Mousse Cake 草莓慕斯蛋糕



Strawberry Mousse Cake was made into a semi-sphere shape, which filled with fresh blended strawberries and layered with vanilla spongecake at the centered layer and bottom layer. With no excessive decorating, it just look so strawberry at its natural sweetness.

草莓慕斯蛋糕 - -  这个半圆形的慕斯蛋糕总算有些新花样。。。以新鲜的草莓打成草莓泥,再加上浓浓草莓味的慕斯陷,覆盖两层香草海棉蛋糕为中层及地层。。没有太多的装饰,只用草莓点缀,自然美!好吃!

连我本人都边制作,边想多做一个慰劳自己的五脏庙呢~~

Dutch Apple Cinnamon Cake 苹果肉桂蛋糕








Do you still remember the cinnamon roll/bread that we used to buy from Adventist Bakery or Nova Bakery back in N-years ago? It's an international flavour at  all times favourite .....

And now, i've came to try something new that likely to transform the traditional cinnamon roll into gateau....
The aroma of cinnamon spreads everywhere in my house and wondered my neighbors from the dream... lols

This is a dutch cake that uses ground cinnamon, fresh sliced apple wedges, raisins and brown sugar to blend into the cake mixture.

OREO Cheesecake

Although it is not included in my previous list, but all the time, i do it to feed my own ...

The ingredients you need to have a great oreo cheese is as simple as abc...not trusting me?

Let's see..

1. You need a mouth
2. You need a stomach - hungry gram to consume a full 4inch cheesecake, or half full gram, as you like..
3. You need a spoon/fingers to hold the oreo cheese
4. A piece of oreo cheese from Angelique
5. Now, you can start to mix the ingredients, firstly, open up your 4cm wide mouth, slowly feed in a spoonful of oreo cheese, then with your teeth and tongue slowly taste it, yes, nice n slow, then, let it proceed to your stomach, through your throat, esofagus system and etc..... oooh, it's reaching your stomach..let it stay for some times before you digest and release at the toilet bowl.......

Fruit Cakes at Kyoto Station

埋头苦干-我干~我干~ (我是说正在努力做蛋糕)

别人的生命。。是眶金又包银。。我的生命是不值钱。。。。(唱歌)

夜已深,卖饼婆我还在厨房洗刷刷洗刷刷个不停,一会儿打蛋一会儿煮巧克力,一会儿为蛋糕穿上漂亮可口的糖衣~~~ 隐约中还能听到楼上的邻居投诉我三更半夜在打扰他们睡觉(蛋糕搅拌机所发出的噪音啦~~) 怎办?难道要我盖着被单躲在底下搅拌蛋糕吗?? 我的妈呀,那EH真可怜咧~~ 没办法咯,唯有加快速度,拚了!

好想拨点时间去戏院看戏哦~ 距离上次我最后一部戏是看How to train your dragon,这部戏真的很不错,我超喜欢的~~~ (童心还是存在的)

好了啦,再写下去我真的要两三点也还不能睡,明早还要上班哦~~ 为自己加油吧!!

Mango Tart 芒果塔~~~ 来喽!!

This item only available at mango season, and is available from now on.... Mango were diced into cubes and filled with vanilla fillo, then baked for 30 minutes until golden brown and at top brushed with the apricot gel.
Is a great treat especially in summer time like now....

芒果塔~所谓芒果塔就是用芒果来做的塔啦~为什么叫塔不叫派呢?因为本人喜欢给它称作塔,它不就得叫塔喽,没有为什么的啊~~ (楼主有点疯了)

由于现在是芒果季,到处都可见到黄橙橙的芒果,有来自泰国,台湾,本地等等的不同品种,所以芒果香那诱人的香气可弥漫了整个空气~~ 要不吃芒果?难咯!! 楼主我也不想“拾书”所以我也推出了芒果塔,希望它能够满足各位“爱芒”之人。

Inspired this tart from the almond florentine crisp that i done during CNY, now... finally managed to find out the great recipe of the caramel to match with this almond tart... This has a strong taste of buttery and rum smell.... Hope for those who love caramel and almonds will love it too..

经过几番改良之后,终于被我成功征服了它。。。这款焦糖杏仁塔和一般的焦糖有不同哦,我融合了较重的奶油味在加上浓浓的兰姆酒,它所散发出的与众不同香味肯定让那些偏爱焦糖风味的朋友‘狠狠的爱上它’哦~~ 嘻嘻

互联网发展至今,“上网”早已成为许多人例牌动作,本地网民一般用部落格书写生活事物观感、透过交友网站及即时通联系五湖四海情谊,偏偏国外流行深究甚久的网购,虽验证其便利性,却不获青睐。踏入2010年,是时候改变想法,一连2期《网出商机》系列,主人翁非大规模网卖,而是你订我做,绝对新鲜。首先,带你进入美女厨房,让黄燕媚(Angeline)的法式咸派,征服您的食欲味蕾。



去年9月,黄燕媚晋身网络商人一员,店取名Angelique(http://www.angelique-place.blogspot.com/),主打在大众群不太主流的法式咸派(Quiche),以及特色糕饼。“网上卖蛋糕的人太多了,尤其是正流行的杯子蛋糕(cupcake),朋友都认为我该趁势卖,但对我来说,杯子蛋糕精致得像礼物,但其实很平凡,价值只在于上层的装饰。我不想凑热闹,一心想做特别的,本地应该没人在网络卖法式咸派。”



法式咸派,又称咸派蛋塔,是法国家常料理,配料简单,主要为鸡蛋、鲜奶油、培根肉和派皮,从16世纪起,延伸了更多咸派口味,冷热皆宜,再佐一杯热茶,最佳搭配。无论早午晚餐、下午茶,都可进食,且能饱腹,若野餐也方便携带。“因外型有点相似,很多人都误以为是披萨,但它外皮不是面包,而是脆饼。”



燕媚坦言,最初对法式咸派一无所知,基于好奇,购买相关书籍阅读,结果发现其做法不难,凭借着多年烘培经验,首个成品火腿法式咸派,即水准之上,大大增强信心。“我不想浪费天份,自己会做、有兴趣、又不难,而且还能赚钱,是蛮不错的概念。以前,空闲就在家做蛋糕,心血来潮想试新东西,就会看食谱,不错就试试。很庆幸,每次作品都很少失败,首次做蛋糕是学院时期,做了芝士蛋糕,很成功!这给了我很大动力,开始想做更多尝试。最初只是享受那种感觉,比如朋友生日,可以用做贺礼,但没想过要卖,功夫还不到家。”




买书自习 喜听赞美



小时候,她就爱跟着妈妈进厨房,妈妈是中餐高手。而有关烘培技巧,燕媚表示,买书自习之余,她也上了不少为期一天的休闲烹饪班。“其实,教学内容看书也行,都是跟着步骤,主要是先有概念,之后就简单多了。我很享受制作过程,喜欢听别人赞美多于自己吃。蛋糕一做好,我就迫不及待想请人品尝,看见大家满意满足神情,证明自己努力没白费,很爽!对女生来说,这是很好的兴趣,但朋友都说,单看外表,不觉得我是个会做蛋糕的人,很不可思议。”正所谓,人不可貌相啊!



女生爱甜食,燕媚亦然,蛋糕可谓她最爱,学烘培做的都是蛋糕。“比如吃自助餐,我都只吃吃蛋糕,想看有什么新口味,尝到好吃的,就会想解剖到底放了哪些材料,从中取得灵感再改良。此外,到蛋糕材料店询问老板,也会有收获。我也喜欢做蛋糕装饰,会参考网上收集的漂亮蛋糕相片,自己也会构思,完成后很满足。”



面子书最佳宣传

之所以发展网络生意,她直言因缺乏资金,借助网络零风险的虚拟空间,由小做起,建立知名度之余,亦能好好规划未来的发展版图。设立部落格外,面子书也成了最佳管道。“我把作品相片上传到面子书,网友反应是跃跃欲试。另外,通过朋友和同事,聚会时请他们品尝,大家觉得不错,都会推荐给身边的人。”



“顾客会根据部落格上传相片,向我预订,其实想吃什么都可以询问,因为有些相片我并没放在部落格里。有些顾客会电邮咨询,例如要吃甜的,有什么好介绍?一些很惊讶,因为水果份量都可以自行决定,只要我有能力办到,都不妨告诉我,当然价钱也会随之调整,因各类水果价格各异。”



燕媚说,她有包括送货服务,将另行收费,顾客亲自拿货也没问题,不过大多数是由她运送成品。送货,有潜在危险性,一个女生,未免要小心翼翼。“所以,我都不敢在网站放我相片,担心有人另有企图,每次送货都会先对顾客有所了解,多数是年轻女生,因此暂时还好,不少已变熟客,每逢办BBQ或生日派对都会下订单,隔天往往就会接获他们亲朋戚友来电预订,都是靠口碑。”



做派至凌晨4点



对燕媚而言,好吃的法式咸派,最重要是饼皮够酥,太薄或太厚也不行。“太薄的话,馅料多会下陷,也吃得很腻;太厚的话,馅料相对变少,吃起来没有口感,所以两者要拿捏得刚刚好。另外,因为需事先把馅料炒熟,为避免烘烤后,变得太焦或干涩,火候和调味都要适当控制。”



其实,咸派自由度相当大,馅料可根据喜好而定,只要能够融合咸派、不突兀,即可。“市面上,一般烹饪书有教的火腿咸派、菠菜午餐肉咸派,较易吃得到。我不喜欢和别人一样,所以常研究不同口味,例如Curry Aux Tarte,是我煮日式咖喱猪排饭得到的灵感,还有Tonkatsu Chicken Quiche,日法式综合,完成后洒上Tonkatsu酱、美乃滋、海苔粉、柴鱼片,别具风味。”



燕媚笑言,脑袋无时无刻都想着新口味,灵感浮现即记录下来,再思考如何融合馅料和饼皮。“当脑海能浮现整个过程,包括成品装饰,证明已有完整概念,新口味研发就不会有多大问题。”



法式咸派过程繁复,每一盘都是燕媚的心血力作。“擀面团搓揉、醒面团后放冰箱备用,加上煮熟馅料及烘培,要花2小时。整个过程就我一人包办,因为要上班,所以材料有劳妈妈替我采购,订单都需在3天前告知,才能有新鲜食材准备,若顾客不行,我也没办法。”



每天下班回家,就开始做派,她说,最高记录是5盘,同时亦是她的极限。“会觉得累,但毕竟要有责任感,既然已开始卖,不能因为要逛街或懒惰就不做,要把它做好。试过做5盘法式咸派,完成时已经凌晨4点,第二天还得上班。”



为确保新鲜,翌日即送货,顾客往往在品尝后,赞不绝口。“他们一般都会回应,馅料出乎意料地多,有位订了水果馅饼(Fruit Flan)的顾客留言特别深刻,她说‘你的水果多到像山一样,切开后如山崩塌下来’,很好笑!因为新鲜做新鲜送,大家都很满意。”



对于开店,燕媚笑言:“我是有这么打算,很多顾客也鼓励我,不过一切慢慢来吧!”
