Dutch Apple Cinnamon Cake 苹果肉桂蛋糕








Do you still remember the cinnamon roll/bread that we used to buy from Adventist Bakery or Nova Bakery back in N-years ago? It's an international flavour at  all times favourite .....

And now, i've came to try something new that likely to transform the traditional cinnamon roll into gateau....
The aroma of cinnamon spreads everywhere in my house and wondered my neighbors from the dream... lols

This is a dutch cake that uses ground cinnamon, fresh sliced apple wedges, raisins and brown sugar to blend into the cake mixture.
